Child Plan
$300 per year
Valid for children 13 and under.

Adult Plan
$375 per year
- 2 professional cleanings
- 2 regular exams
- Routine x-rays
- 20% off any treatment
Periodontal Plan
$675 per year
- 20% off deep cleaning
- 3-4 periodontal maintenance cleanings, depending on patient need
- 2 regular exams
- Routine x-rays
- 20% off any treatment
Who can participate?
- Any patient without dental insurance can join our membership plan.
- A 5% discount will be offered for each additional family member living in the same household.
How much can you save?
Below is average dental fees for uninsured patients:
- Child Cleaning/X-Rays/Exam/Fluoride: $600+ per year
- Adult Cleaning/X-Rays/Exam: $700+ per year
- Periodontal Cleaning/X-Rays/Exam: $1,156+ per year
Plus all plans save members 20% off all treatment in office.
How it Works
A one-time payment per year will be made to our office, depending on the plan selected. You will then schedule your next recall appointments.
We request a minimum of 48 hours to change or cancel any appointment.
Your plan is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment. No refunds will be offered.
